CultJia is a service of Bonfiyah, Inc. This page explains what CultJia collects when you use cultjia.com and what happens to it.

What we collect

• Your mobile number, name and, if you add it, your email address.
• Your delivery address and delivery instructions.
• Your offers: the piece, dates, price, notes to Wen, and what happened to each one.
• A sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in for 30 days. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

Your card details go straight to Stripe in Stripe’s own card field. CultJia never sees or stores them.

How we use it

To sign you in, send your offers to Wen, get your piece to you, text you about your offers, keep records of payments and sales tax, and stop misuse of the site.

Who sees it

• Wen, the seller: your name, number, email, delivery address and offer, so she can answer and ship.
• Stripe, for card payments and sales tax.
• Twilio, to send texts.
• Cloudflare, which hosts the site and its database.

We don’t sell your information. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Texts

By entering your number you agree to texts with your sign-in codes and updates on your offers. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help, at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep offers and payment records as long as we need them for accounting and tax. You can ask us to delete your account, and we’ll remove what we don’t have to keep.
